Stress Management

We are stressed when we feel that everything seems to have become too much - we are overloaded and wonder whether we really can cope with the pressures placed upon us.
Anything that poses a challenge or a threat to our well-being is stress. Some stresses get you going and they are good for you but when the stresses undermine both our mental and physical health they are bad.

Our response to stress affects our health

  • Because of this, we do not all call on the same resources for each situation

Every one has their own way of dealing with stress. Managing stress is a necessity of modern life. With n number of stressors around, people are seen juggling and running in a mad race. Some are stressed because of job, others because of partners and relationships. For some people a never ending to do list and high performance pressure leads to stress. Daily mundane routines too contribute to stress. Commuting is another stressor. Expectations and obligations from work and family.. this list is near ending.

Stress can be fatal and it affects all human beings. It’s important not to ignore Stress as it has severe health hazards.
